• If you want to return your items, they need to be in brand-new condition: Unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags, protective plastic, and packaging intact.
• If the returned item does not comply with our conditions (e.g., used, missing tags, or protective packaging), we will not accept the return, and the item will be sent back to you.
• You’ve got 15 calendar days from when you receive your order to request a return.
• Return shipping costs are on you (we’ll make it worth it with our speedy processing!).
• If your original order had free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your voucher.

Shipping Costs:

• If the exchange is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item sent), we’ll cover all shipping costs, including the return and the shipment of your new product.
• If you’re exchanging because you’d like a different size, color, or style, the shipping cost for the new item will be your responsibility.

Price Differences:

• If you’re exchanging for an item of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference before we ship the new product.
• If the new item is of lower value, we’ll send you a voucher for the difference that you can use on your next purchase.

• Ship the Item(s) Back:
  Send your item to the address provided in our confirmation email. Make sure it meets the same conditions as stated in the return policy (tags, packaging, etc.). Otherwise, the exchange will not be accepted.
• Receive Your New Item:
  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship out your replacement. Keep an eye on your inbox—we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow its journey!
